We train your employees so that you, as an entrepreneur, fulfill your legal obligation to instruct them.
Why is OperatorCARD training useful and necessary?
OperatorCARD training courses are mandatory for companies.
OperatorCARD training courses carried out in accordance with ISO 18878 certify that participants have fulfilled all relevant trade association requirements in accordance with DGUV 308-008.
The OperatorCARD saves you time when handing over the machines and protects you legally as an entrepreneur.
We offer you equipment-specific training in the areas of working platforms, forklift trucks, telescopic forklift trucks rigid/ROTO, earth-moving machinery as well as cranes and slingers.
What does the training course look like?
Registration & ID card
You can register for existing dates or book an individual date at our training center or in-house at your premises. After a written test, your employees will receive the OperatorCARD as an operator ID card and a safety booklet for practical use.
The trappings
In our 60m² training center, we offer a 3m close-range projector, Wi-Fi and a snack and coffee area. For the practical training units, we have our own training course, workshop and machines that meet the latest quality standards.
The theory
In theory, the course covers technical and legal basics, daily visual and functional checks, rules of conduct for handling the machines and accident scenarios.You will find device-specific content further down on this page.
The practice
Practical training is provided on equipment technology prior to commissioning, visual and functional testing, the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe operation during use and rules of conduct.You will find equipment-specific content further down on this page.

Aerial work platforms
Training courses:

In addition to the training content mentioned above, we also provide theoretical training:
- Definition and designs of aerial work platforms
- Stable structure / bearing loads / live loads of substrates

- Stable assembly and on-site inspection
- Driving in home position and in working position, lifting, lowering, turning and swiveling as well as emergency lowering

Annual instruction
We offer the annual training courses prescribed by DGUV Regulation 1 as face-to-face events.
However, the annual instructions can also be efficiently completed with the OperatorCARD using e-learning modules.
The participant then takes a knowledge test.
